Marina speed limit is 5 KPH – please operate vehicles and vessels responsibly.
Respect fellow boaters; loud music, boisterous activity, and special event parties are not permitted.
Slips & Docks
Use only your assigned slip.
For sale signs are not allowed on or near boats.
Brokers are not permitted on the property.
No fishing is allowed within the marina.
Children and non-swimmers must wear life jackets around the docks (recommended while on board as well).
Vessels can only be fueled at the gas dock and under no conditions is gasoline or diesel to be transported from portable cans to a craft’s fuel tank in the marina basin.
Parking
Marina parking is limited to one vehicle per slip, along the Swan fence.
Do not share marina access codes – security is a shared responsibility.
Do not park on grassy areas near the docks.
Visitors must use the main parking lot and enter via the pedestrian gate behind the Swan Restaurant.
Environmental Care
Stay green: turn off A/C and water heaters when not in use.
Garbage and recycle bins are located at the Boaters exit, the pool area and the gas dock – please use them.
Grassy areas in front of slips must be kept clear for maintenance.
Lawn furniture must be in good repair and not made of glass.
Pets
All pets must be leashed.
Please scoop their poop.
No pets inside the fenced pool area.
Communication
If leaving for more than 24 hours, please notify gas dock attendants at (613) 692-1234 x237 or by email gasdocks@hurstmarina.com
Access & Movement
To access the marina retail space, please use the main enterance in the parking lot and do not walk through the service shop.
Respect no wake zones while boating.
Hot Tub & Pool Area
Supervision & Behavior
Members must be present with their guests.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The use of the pool or hot tub area is limited to 3 people per PWC slip or 6 people per boat slip
No running or diving (shallow pool).
No boisterous activity in or around the pool.
No glass containers
No food or drink in the pool or around the pool concrete deck
No alcohol consumption before using the pool or hot tub.
Shower before entering.
No one with open sores or communicable diseases may enter.
No pets inside the fenced pool area.
Do not adjust pool or hot tub temperatures.
Capacity
Pool capacity: 10 people.
Hot tub capacity: 8 people.
Boaters Club House
Keep the clubhouse, appliances, and BBQs clean and tidy.
Fridge & freezer are for day/overnight use only and are emptied on Mondays & Fridays.
Respect others' food and items in the fridge/freezer.
Umbrellas and Cornhole game (bean bags are located under the board) are for shared use – please return them to the clubhouse when finished.
